OC602: Kanak Bird Head club

A large and finely carved war club form the Kanak of New Caledonia. The well defined bird head has distinct eyes and a good overall patina from age and use. Mounted on a nice French base.    

Previously in the collection of Anthony Meyer, Paris, France.
