AF206: Kuba Pigment Dish

Kuba pigment dish. A finely carved wooden bowl with a great dark patina from age and use. There are remnants of the red pigment inside as well as in the details of the carving.    

Collected in the early 1970�s by an American doctor stationed in Abidjan.
